Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what a woman can achieve with both the energy and knowledge that comes from being a teenager. She is an actor as well as a health professional and author. Emotional eating caused her to be sick and unwell most times. Her parents both died in their 50's--her mother from complications from arthritis and her father, from an attack on his heart--she realized she was required to take care over her own health, so that the same fate did not come her way. Instead of focusing on diets, she sought out ways to maximise the functions of our body. She is the lead character Sophie on CBS's 2 Broke Girls, where she portrays Max and Caroline's Polish neighbour upstairs, who manages a cleaning company.
